As a user of our system or as our customer, please know that we are committed to keeping your private information safe and secure. We collect only the information necessary to provide you with high quality, secure services. Click For A Call will not disclose any of your personal information to anyone.

For the User of the Click For A Call System:
We collect only your preferred callback number when you fill out our form. No other personal information is needed or requested. Once the call is connected, we delete your full telephone number from our system. We record only your area code and central office prefix for reporting purposes. We do not pass your full personal telephone number to anyone.

For Clients of the Click For A Call System:
The following information is routinely collected when you order a Web Button online or by phone:

• Customer name
• Billing address
• Shipping address
• Telephone
• E-mail address

Credit card information:
• account number
• expiration date
• V-code if applicable
• billing address of the card.

This information is used to:
• Process orders
• Verify credit card user identity for security purposes
• Notify customers of order status

The above information is maintained on file except for credit card numbers, which are generally deleted from our system. If you make a special request or want automatic periodic billing, we can maintain a credit card number on file for you.
